Scrum Leader

Our development organization has transformed to a Scaled Agile environment and is seeking a Scum master professional. In this role, you will be leading the execution of 2 Agile teams and a team of scrum masters within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)-based organization sought at delivering outstanding process automation products built across web, cloud, PC and embedded platforms coordinated with internally developed devices.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Effectively drives the team to perform at efficient level towards meeting goals and commitments on delivering value.
- Removes impediments and brings up issues the team cannot resolve to the appropriate level and works with them to find solutions.
- Drives towards continuously improving team performance.
- Owns the team in effectively driving Lean-Agile cadence practices (sprint planning, reviews, refinement, retrospectives, etc.)
- Ensures the team lives by Lean-Agile values and principles
- Coordinates with the Release Train Leader and the other Scrum Leaders
- Develops the team metrics, drives corrective actions, and communicates progress to team members
- Helps the team in any other way they can to meet their objectives.
You Set aggressive goals and has high standards. You define success in terms of the whole team. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams implementing Scrum or Scrum within a SAFe context.
- 4+ years of experience working with or within a technology division, with exposure to software product development.
- Proven knowledge and experience in using Agile processes in a Scrum Master role
- Demonstrable understanding and capability to address challenges commonly faced in a scaled Agile context
- Excellent skills in engaging, facilitating, assessing, understanding, and navigating team dynamics towards building and maintaining a high-performance team
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical information to a range of audiences
- Able to define and refine processes as well as lead process improvement initiatives.
- Effectively guide development teams and product owners on Lean-Agile standard methodologies
- Guide in Lean-Agile practices and tools for teams
- Drives execution of value delivery with flow and quality
- Detailed, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Committed, with high degree of adaptability and managerial courage
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- At least one certification from SAFe (preferred), Scrum.org, or Scrum Alliance
- Experience working within the development groups of a team implementing the Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience in development of solutions integrating software development on multiple platforms and proprietary hardware development
- Experience in the development of process control systems, avionics, or other near-real time information control systems
- Experience participating in or leading an Agile transformation for a development organization of more than 50 developers, especially in the role of Scrum Master
- Experience with ISO certified processes and audits, Secure Lifecycle Development, and/or development of products for use in a SIL environment.
