You will implement website changes as requested by loan officers, making sure that the online content remains up-to-date and aligns with our client's marketing strategies.

Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM
Work setup: Onsite, Makati/Ortigas/Quezon City

What do you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Ability to create, manage, and troubleshoot Google Business Profiles
- Experience supporting Loan Officers (LOs) through Salesforce SEO Queue, Microsoft Teams, and/or emails
- Familiarity with Experience.com is a plus

- Support the digital traffic case queue
- Implement website changes as requested by loan officers
- Review and audit external websites for compliance issues
- Create user log-ins, listings, and profiles for social and reputation management platforms
- Set up third-party lead profiles and purchases based on loan officer requests
- Assist with the implementation of our SEO strategy
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keyword research
- Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
