Disclosure Specialist

The Disclosure Specialist is responsible for managing and sending mortgage disclosures on behalf of the

Account Management team.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

. Handles all re-disclosures as they arise and are brought to the Disclosure Specialist's attention by

Processor and Lock Desk.

. Validates if a change of circumstance exists and requires re-disclosure

. Process and send updated disclosures to the borrower within 24 hours of request being received

. Review reports to ensure any loans requiring re-disclosure are not missed based on the data

available

. Bring to the immediate attention of the Supervisor/Manager any loans that are out of compliance

for re-disclosure

. Ensures exceptional service by maintaining thorough knowledge of TRID, RESPA policies,

procedures and regulatory requirements and demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics

. Remains current on all mortgage related regulations and changes

. Ensures compliance with all Orion Lending's policies and procedures and compliance with all

applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances

Qualifications:

Specific Knowledge and Requirements:

. High School diploma or equivalent.

. Minimum 1 year of prior experience in the closing, post-closing, processing, or real estate

documentation area of a title company or financial institution.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Ability to proactively resolve problems.

. Time management, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, process-centered

environment.

. Must be well organized and be able to plan for and meet production deadlines
