IP Local TPM – Globe Transport Project

Globe Transport, a SDN project of requires a TPM to support Nokia router/switch in the network.

The IP Local TPM support the project job such as design, deployment and equipment test, troubleshooting and so on.

Responsibilities

·      support project job like design or solution verification.

·      Coordinate with the rollout team to complete the deployment

·      Support troubleshooting for the IP network include HW/SW issue

·      Support the equipment commissioning and integrations

·      Write the engineering work process for the project

·      Write Method of Procedures documents and Test Plans for customers

·      Support system upgrading and migration

·      Provide the necessary support for TAC to investigate the issue.

·      Support the POC requirement for the project

Qualifications:

·      5 year experience in IP

·      Strong IP knowledge include IP routing protocol, MPLS, SR, L2/L3 VPN and so on

·      Familiar with Nokia ION equipment.

·      Able to complete the integration or test independently.

·      Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

·      Hypervisor and virtualization technologies such as KVM and VMware ESXi is plus.

·      Linux Operating Systems (platform management, software repositories, network configuration) with demonstrable scripting capabilities in shell and python is plus.

·      Configuration and deployment of Linux bridging, Open vSwitch (OVS) and OpenFlow.

·      ReSTful, SOAP, Web Services API Integration experience (for example, OpenStack, AWS, Cloudband, VMware vRO/vRA) is plus.

·      Has project experience of telecom network.

·      English as working language.

Education

·      Hold a Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Software Engineering or has equivalent work experience

·      IP Certification (NRS2, SRA, CCNP, CCIE etc.) and Multi-vendor Interoperability experiences is advantage;

·      Systems Certification (Vmware, Redhat ) is advantage
