Other Abilities/Qualification

  • Must pass the Analytical Index Test (AIT) and Staff Management Index Test (SMIT)
  • Must be a Certified Security Professional
  • Preferably a DOLE-BWC Certified Safety Practitioner
  • Must possess supervisory skills and ability to lead others especially on non-routine situations
  • Analytical and methodical decision-making abilities
  • Abilities required of Jr. Asset Protection Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responds, neutralizes, investigates and resolves internal and external security incidents including crimes committed against the Company personnel, operations and asset in collaboration with the law enforcement agencies, the community and other force multipliers.
  • Implements and ensures compliance to established security strategies, plans, programs, policies, practices and standards in coordination with internal and external organizational units.
  • Helps ensure compliance of non-PFM managed sites and outside plant facilities to established safety policies, programs and standards
  • Provides support in the formulation of disaster or emergency preparedness and prevention plans.
  • Ensures efficient and effective implementation of crisis management and disaster preparedness plans in coordination with CCSO and renders special services during crisis or national emergency emergency situations in accordance with senior management directives.
  • Assists in the conduct of intelligence/investigation activities and pure risk and threat assessments for corporate assets, as well as apply measures that would prevent, mitigate, deny, delay or deter threats arising from natural and hostile elements.
  • Assists in the provision of tactical support to the function of both RiskMan and CCSO.
  • Assists in the immediate response to accidents involving company personnel and facilities and third party claims.
  • Provides support in the processing of third party claims due to accidents
  • Liaises and coordinates with PNP/Military and other government units (Barangay, etc.) for the security requirements of the company.
  • Assists in managing and controlling contracted security services on his AOR.
  • Performs internal and external special security services such as VIP protection, event security, background investigation, surveillance, etc.
  • Represents the company in court litigation and other legal actions.
  • Prepares accomplishment report of his AOR.
