Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Taking visitor's entries and maintaining their data.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks daily to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.
  • Manage the Housekeeping department and ensure the workplace is clean at all times.
  • Prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Fresher, experienced, or the best candidate who fits the role is welcome.
