Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounting Assistant located in Makati. The Senior Accounting Assistant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements, and using accounting software to facilitate all financial transactions. The Senior Accounting Assistant will perform basic bookkeeping and collaborate with the management team to ensure the ongoing success of SosaJB Property Management Corp. Working Schedule: Mondays-Fridays and Saturday (Half-day). Salary Rate: Php. 27,500.00.
Qualifications
Experience in preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements
Proficiency in using accounting software to facilitate all financial transactions
Experience in basic bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
Experience in Payroll is an advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Ability to work collaboratively with management and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in property or facilities management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
