Job Descriptions:
  • Designs high quality test cases to base on requirement provided.
  • Execute scripts and analyze failures in test execution, record observations and results.
  • Partner with developers on a fast-paced team to drive the QA efforts, supporting several applications to identify and resolve defects.
  • Develop test plan, test cases and other QA documents.
  • Work with other IT application teams as well as the business teams responsible for user acceptance testing to determine test environment requirements.
  • Ensure successful deployment of new functionality for each release.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the components and systems developed.
  • Send Daily/Weekly report based on accomplished task to both Managers and Stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Has a strong understanding of testing methodologies – integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, smoke testing, user acceptance testing, post production testing etc)
  • Good defect management process/understanding.
  • Experience with Agile software development process.
  • Experience with testing mobile applications. (is a plus)
  • Experience with backend testing (Data Factory, Data Generator, Etc.) (is a plus)
  • Experience with testing products on any of the following technologies: Java, .NET, SQL, XML, web services
  • Ability to triage failures, identifies root-cause, and define corrective actions.
  • Ability to set priorities and undertake complex tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with testing products on different technologies: Java, SQL, XML, web services.
