Research Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible in the overall implementation of customized research studies on consumer psyche, behavior and needs based on the design, methodology and analysis plan. Analyse patterns and trends culled from the customized studies and prepare reports.
  2. Implements customized research projects and ensure that they meet the business objectives or strategies set by the clients.
  3. Facilitates focus group discussions and prepares questionnaires and discussion guides.
  4. Prepares quantitative/qualitative reports and recommendations.
  5. Integrates customized research findings and reports key trends and patterns that can substantially impact the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Communication Research or any related course.
  • With experience in Market Research (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Able to manage research project with no major deviations from project design, timeframe and cost parameters.
  • Able to apply the appropriate Marketing Research Methods to respond to the research objectives.
