Job Description

Assist in the preparation and cooking of a wide variety of dishes according to recipes and guidelines provided by the chef.

Follow food safety standards and procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including proper handling and storage of food items.

Collaborate with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal production during busy periods.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and sanitation.

Perform other duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor to support the overall operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications

At least College Level.

Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment for both Local and International cuisines, preferably as a Commi III and similar role.

Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality dishes.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays as required

With certification or advanced training in culinary is an advantage

Can start ASAP

Willing to work on site in Bagac, Bataan
