Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Integrated Resorts Property Management located in Muntinlupa City. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease administration. The Property Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintaining the financial stability and profitability of the properties.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
  • Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate with tenants and contractors
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
