Responsibilities:

A Wellbeing Counselor conducts regular individual wellness coaching sessions, group sessions for the project where they are assigned. Wellbeing Counselor conducts sessions for project team members on mental health topics, with the goal of helping project team members maintain their well-being, including as needed crisis intervention for critical cases using appropriate and ethical interventions.

Qualifications:

  • MA Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/Guidance)
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in Counseling
  • RGC or RPsy
  • Willing to work onsite with a shifting schedule.
