Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, both domestically and internationally, to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and terms of agreement
• Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with company policies
• Monitor and track the status of orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Analyze inventory needs and work towards minimizing excess stock while meeting demand
• Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers in Mandarin and English
• Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
• Prepare reports and present findings to the management team
• Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with quality control teams to address any issues or concerns with purchased goods

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data for decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
