Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Quality Management and Inventory Management (QM/IM) Lead to guide and execute SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementation projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules, a solid understanding of customer requirements, and the ability to design and implement solutions tailored to business needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of SAP implementation projects from initial workshops to go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) and Inventory Management (IM) solutions in Brownfield Implementation projects. - Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct fit-to-standard workshops, and align solutions with business goals. - Configure standard SAP functionalities and design custom solutions to meet project specifications. - Conduct and document functional and system testing to ensure quality and reliability of the implementation. - Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to address and resolve issues. - Manage and execute the implementation process, including data migration, system cutover, and go-live activities. - Offer post-implementation support and contribute to process improvements as needed.
Required Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) and Inventory Management (IM) modules. - Demonstrated ability to lead fit-to-standard workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Strong hands-on experience in configuration, custom build design, and SAP implementation processes. - Knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional and system testing. - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in client-facing environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementation project experiences. - SAP S/4HANA certification in QM or IM modules is a plus. - Proven track record of successful end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
