Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish brand positioning, identify target market and develop marketing plans with
specific objectives across different channels and segments

• Align targets and deliverables with overall company goals and communicate with the
Management Team on marketing programs and strategies

• Develop creative briefs to meet objectives for advertising and communications including
print, digital and multimedia

• Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle,
ensuring alignment of communications and messaging in all channels

• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal
support and driving collaboration

• Gather customer and market insights, ramp up guest traffic, generate more leads and
increase brand awareness

• Analyze customer trends and insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to
build successful marketing strategies

• Manage content and updates for guests and internal touchpoints

• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives

• Perform other tasks that may be delegated by the line manager as the need arises
Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Business or related discipline

• Demonstrated ability to develop marketing plans and campaigns

• Metrics-driven marketing approach with an eye for creativity

• Strong project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills

• Proficiency with online marketing and social media

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
