Artillery Philippines is looking for a FULL-TIME Social Media and Community Manager for our global brand Learn to Draw Manga.

Mission:
Your mission is to handle the Learn to Draw Manga's social media accounts: Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and TikTok to generate leads and build a stronger community.

Work Hours:

Flex schedule (You can choose any time between 9 am - 12mn PHT but you have to indicate the times. Just make sure you can be present for meetings)
Responsibilities:

- Plan content calendar and posting strategy to promote Learn To Draw Manga
- Write captions and design mainly static posts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok that align with our brand and course offerings.
- Create engaging and informative content that showcases the "Learn to Draw Manga" course, including student work, tutorial highlights, and promotional material.
- Coordinate with Video Editors to plan, script, and edit short video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok to engage with our audience.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and course enrollment.
- Schedule and manage daily posts, ensuring consistent content delivery across all platforms.
- Foster a positive and supportive community by encouraging interactions and sharing user-generated content.
- Coordinate with other departments for potential content and scheduling of campaigns and announcements
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Assist in tracking links and conversion
- Network and manage potential brand partners and affiliates such as other manga YouTubers and pages

Requirements:

- Stable internet connection and own desktop/laptop.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Basic copywriting skills
- Proficiency in creating and editing visual content for social media, including static posts and short videos.
- Proven ability to create original artwork or anime/manga style; experience in manga or related art styles is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Ability to develop innovative and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage project schedules and multitask effectively.
- Can work under pressure and consistently meet daily and weekly deadlines.
- Must love challenges and be committed to continuous self-improvement.
- At least 4 years of work experience in social media marketing or online marketing or lead generation.

Nice to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications and other related fields

This is NOT for you if:

Compensation:
- Trial period: P35,000 per month
- After trial period: P36,000 - 40,000 per month

- 13th-month and midyear bonus
