The Subcontractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities to ensure quality work and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team of construction workers on assigned projects:
Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and construction drawings:
Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and building codes:
Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skills and expertise:
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project deadlines:
Liaise with the main contractor or project manager to ensure clear communication and smooth operations:
Order and manage the necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the project:
Address any issues or concerns that arise on the job site, ensuring quick and effective solutions:
Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets the project's standards:
Keep accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and project progress:
Ensure that all workers are properly trained in safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment:
