QUALIFICATIONS:
• No experience required
• K12 graduates or those who have completed at least 2 years in college
• For HS graduates, 6 months BPO experience for International account or 1 year BPO experience for a local account is a must
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be open to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol

JOB DUTIES:
• Respond to incoming calls from customers
• Assess customer's needs and guide them efficiently
• Maintain friendly, informative, and helpful communication within acceptable call lengths
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Exhibit appropriate urgency for customer responses
• Escalate customer issues correctly and promptly
• Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company positively
• Display knowledge and application of departmental resources, policies, and procedures
• Use client base tools to provide consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Promote Client products and/or services when appropriate
• Follow-up and escalate resolution actions for unresolved issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve email setup problems
• Use chat services with proprietary software to identify, troubleshoot, and correct issues
• Detect and correct configuration errors
• Carry out additional duties and tasks as assigned
