Schedule: Day Shift (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM to overlap with US side work hours)

Salary: Ranged Salary: Php 25,000 to Php 32,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Tuguegarao. The ideal candidate will handle a broad spectrum of accounting tasks, contribute to financial reporting, and ensure compliance with GAAP. This role involves multitasking across several clients and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
● Perform general accounting functions
● Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
● Analyze financial data
● Prepare and review weekly and month-end accounting reports
● Prepare and review financial statements and reports according to schedule
● Ensure compliance with GAAP
● Support month-end and year-end close processes
● Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
● Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process
● Complete special projects as necessary
● Multitask and work on several clients each day

Qualifications:
● Four-year college degree or higher in Accounting
● Open to CPA and Non-CPA candidates
● 2 to 5 years of experience in a related position
● Experience in public accounting and/or restaurant and retail industries is preferred
● Solid financial statement skills and a clear understanding of GAAP
● Strong Excel and ERP skills
● Willing to adapt to a non-traditional work shift (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
● Highly independent but also a team player
● Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
● Willing to work on-site in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan
