SALES

· Accountable for achieving branch sales targets
· Generate Sales Leads (loan application)
· Generate Qualified Loan Consultant/Agent Leads through cold calling, area mapping/saturation, referral, and listings. Retain more active agents
· Conduct Sales calls and presentations/ Orientations
· Drives effort and initiates LC Generation Activities
· Filing of loan application and encoding sales data in the system for proper monitoring
· Processing, qualifying, and validating of loan release documents
· Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients
· Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers

CREDIT INVESTIGATION

· Compile and analyze credit information gathered by investigation. Create investigation report and provide weekly/daily updates to the department
· Collect customer documents as required to verify its integrity and authenticity
· Verify customer's past or current credit record
· View the customer's assets and evaluate the value
· Conduct complete background and credit investigation checks: Identity, residence/ neighborhood, reference contacts, due diligence as to assets, property, affiliations.
· Basic knowledge in appraisal (for collateral loan purpose).
· Assessing credit worthiness of existing or prospective clients.

COLLECTION

· Home and business visits of delinquent clients
· Reports to Collection Manager about the business status, whereabouts and neighborhood feedback of clients
· Serve demand letters
· Negotiate and persuade clients to pay
· Utilize various means and resources of skip tracing to locate clients.
· Encourage clients to use online payment instead of cash collection
· Pick up post-dated checks and ensure that the checks have no erasures or overwriting.
