Marketing Associate

Job Description:
* Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/ queries.
* Assisting Marketing Assistant/ BM's on pre-screening document/ requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.
* Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/ renewal accounts.
* Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant
* Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions case to case basis.
* Assist/ Execute programs implemented by Trade Marketing Department.

Key Requirements:
Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
* 1-2 Years’ Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
* Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
* Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able liase in all department and stakeholders.
