Join Our Dynamic BPO Team as a Sales Associate (CSR)
Are you passionate about sales and customer service? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our energetic team in a fast-paced BPO environment. As a Sales Associate, you'll engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, promoting our products or services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone to introduce and sell our offerings.
- Achieve or surpass sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Accurately document call outcomes and update customer records.
- Collaborate with team leaders to enhance performance continuously.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years of college education in any field.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO sales account.
- Excellent English communication skills, with a proficiency level of C1.
- Comfortable with an onsite work setup.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
