We are looking for an Assistant Call Center Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our call center team in the logistics industry.
Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service delivery, managing call center agents, and providing support and guidance to the team.
You will also handle escalated customer issues, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to the development of call center processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

BPO / Call Center Experience as Supervisor or Assistant Call Center Manager (at least 2 years )
Experience in handling Trucking, Freight Services and Logistics Accounts
Excellent communication skills
Amenable to work onsite (Makati City) Nightshift
Can Start as soon as possible.
