Telesales Associate

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Courses, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Courses.
• Telesales/Customer Service Experience.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Tools

Job Description:

• Responsible for achieving channel and campaign targets through telemarketing callouts.
• Promote the Better Banking experience to all customers of the bank by offering various sales and marketing products, promotions, services, and programs.
• Conducts callouts to existing and new customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dailing systems and other telecommunication technologies to market product features and present benefits of the products accurately and persuasively
• Gather relevant client information needed to process application or requests quality orientation.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of client information via system access, dialer tools, and quality control measures to achieve on-time and proper processing of applications/requests and preventing customer complaints.
• Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
