Position: Unity Developer (Senior -Lead)
Company Industry: Animation Industry
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: Php 50,000 above (depending on experience)
Work Set-Up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Unity 3D development with a strong project portfolio.
Proficiency in C# programming and Unity’s engine architecture.
Deep understanding of 3D asset integration, optimization, lighting, and shaders.
Experience leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, and overseeing production pipelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design and development of high-performance Unity applications across multiple platforms (PC, mobile, AR/VR).
Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to deliver seamless, visually stunning interactive experiences.
Develop and maintain reusable code libraries, frameworks, and tools.
Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, debugging, and performance optimization.
Provide technical leadership, manage project timelines, and support strategic decision-making across teams.
