Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level IT support to resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
Assist with account creation, password resets, and access management.
Document and track issues in the ticketing system for efficient resolution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in shifting schedules.

Location Flexibility: Must be available to work onsite in Ortigas, Makati, or Taguig.
