Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and data processing
Develop and implement plans / programs, policies and procedures for application selection, system development and computer systems operations
Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation.
Forecast costs, equipment and personnel needs for projects and programs as required and related to IT operations.
Develop, manage and control annual budgets for IT projects.
Develop and manage work breakdown structure of information technology projects.
Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs
Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, and cost and time lines.
Monitor and track IT Project targets and deliverables to ensure quality standards
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI).
HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND NETWORK MAINTENANCE:
Manage troubleshoot schedule of hardware, software and network operating system to ensure technology is accessible
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles, or taking classes, and recommend the implementation of new technologies or upgrades.
Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Electrical Engineering
Must have 3-5 years of experience in managerial role
Must have experience in Food Industry
Must have experience in POS (Point of Sale)
