Solar PV Operation & Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:
A Solar PV Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. His key role is to ensure the solar installations perform optimally, maintain high energy yield, and have a long lifespan. He is also tasked with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the systems, with a focus on preventive and corrective measures to maximize performance and minimize downtime.

Job Requirements:
1. Licensed Electrical Engineer
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar PV systems or related energy projects.
3. Proficiency with solar monitoring software and electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, thermal cameras).
4. Familiarity with electrical grid integration of renewable energy systems.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Strong communication skills for reporting and coordinating with internal and external teams.
7. Proficient in using MS office (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCAD.
8. A successful candidate must be willing to be assigned in Danao City, Cebu
9. Knows how to drive with Valid Driver's License minimum 2 wheels
10. Able to start ASAP
