Sanitary Engineer

Conducting site inspections and assessments to identify and resolve sanitation-related issues
Designing and overseeing the installation of plumbing, drainage, and sewage systems for commercial, and industrial buildings
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to optimize the performance and lifespan of sanitation systems
Providing technical guidance and support to project managers and construction teams
Preparing detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project delivery

Qualifications:

-Graduate of BS Sanitary Engineering; Must be a Registered Sanitary Engineer
-At least 2 years relevant work experience
-Knowledgeable in Facilities and Equipment Management (Civil works, structural, waterproofing, etc)
-Experienced in troubleshooting building defects / technical issues as well as provide solution
-Has adequate customer service, communication, and computer skills
-Able to read and interpret technical shop drawings and plans
-Efficient and trustworthy
-Has high sense of urgency
-Has the ability to work well both as part of the team and on his own initiative with good organizational skills
-Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
