Are you a natural closer with a passion for fitness and sales? We are looking for a results-driven Membership Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging people, building relationships, and turning conversations into memberships.
As a Membership Consultant, you will be on the front line of our gym’s growth—driving sales, hitting targets, and helping members start their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities
Actively sell gym memberships and packages to walk-in clients and leads
Convert inquiries into memberships through effective sales presentations
Conduct compelling gym tours and consultations
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads through calls, texts, and emails
Promote ongoing deals, upgrades, and add-on services
Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and referrals
Build strong rapport to increase member retention and upselling
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records
Represent the gym with professionalism, confidence, and energy
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (fitness industry is a plus)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Confident communicator with a competitive mindset
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient
Comfortable working with quotas and performance metrics
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer and CRM skills
