Position: Corporate Nurse (Davao City)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Salary: PHP20,000-Php28,000(Negotiable)

Job Requirements:
A graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Engineering or any related Business course
With more than 3 years of work experience in Admin and general affairs
Experienced in handling different level of employees
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist and support office administration and general affairs operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for operational and administrative requirements.
Support the monitoring, renewal, and compliance of staff accommodations, permits, licenses, and office insurance, ensuring all are updated before expiration.
Assist in coordinating and negotiating with lessors regarding staff accommodation and office lease requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standard operating procedures.
