• Record Maintenance ( Act as custodian of all 201 files of employees ( active/inactive )
• Training and Development ( Sourcing, Organizing, Planning, Executing and Facilitating all in house, Outsource Trainings, Cascades & Seminars )
• Contract Preparation
• Preparation and Processing of various RFP related to assigned HR Facets.
• Perform another related task/s as required or directed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Department
• With at least one (1) year work related experience in the same field.
• Highly organize and can work with minimal supervision.
• Very strong multi-tasking ability and attention to details.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
