• Manage new service activations and resolve connection issues promptly for subscribers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customer service representatives to update them on subscriber connections and offer solutions for internet-related concerns.
• Compile a spreadsheet of removed modems and set-top boxes for inventory purposes.
• Coordinate with lineman and subcontractors to efficiently deploy and maintain services.
• Take charge of new modem activations and maintain the head-end center to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Arrange modems needed by lineman and subcontractors for service, ensuring availability and proper allocation.
• Collaborate with lineman for fiber issue testing using Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR).
• Conduct regular checks of the head-end center to promptly address fiber issues.
• Assist the finance department in managing disconnection lists and oversee monthly disconnections.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on service activations, troubleshooting, and disconnections, and submit them to relevant management personnel.
• Troubleshooting desktop/laptop problems and other computer peripherals
• Address customer complaints and inquiries through social media regarding their internet connection.
• Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
