Architect

Architects will lead the design and project management of industrial and commercial facilities, ensuring compliance with local and international building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion is essential, with experience in high-rise or manufacturing projects as an advantage.

-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
-At least 2 completed high-rise projects.
-Valid PRC License and registration as a professional architect.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
-Experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing facility design is a strong advantage.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.
-Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
-Knowledge of Philippine building codes, fire codes, and safety regulations.
-Strong knowledge of local and international high-rise construction standards (e.g., NBCP, NFPA, FLS, green building codes).
