Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Support:
Greet and assist customers with inquiries, service options, and bookings both in-person and over the phone.
Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Manage appointments and coordinate scheduling for car cleaning and detailing services.
Update and maintain customer records, invoices, and service history.
Inventory & Supplies Management:
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning products, tools, and other supplies.
Assist in ordering and restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure that equipment and materials are organized and well-maintained.
Cash Handling & Financial Tasks:
Process payments and issue receipts for customers.
Assist with daily cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
Manage petty cash for branch-related expenses.
Team Support:
Collaborate with carwash/detailing staff to ensure timely service delivery.
Assist in coordinating staff schedules and ensuring the efficient flow of operations.
Perform other tasks as needed to support branch operations.
Marketing & Promotion Support:
Help manage and update social media channels with promotions, announcements, and customer reviews.
Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus).
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferably in a service-oriented business).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
