Service Delivery Ops Lead Manager
Preferred Work Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
Work on-site Weekends OFF / MID SHIFT
Responsibilities:
Lead the team responsible for various activities in RTR – Intercompany; Bank reconciliations & month-end related activities. Also providing guidance & training to other team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounts with relevant 8-9 years of experience (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting) Good communication and presentation skills.
Understand US Accounting principles and procedures (Including FASB standards e.g., ASC 842 for leases).
Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Flexibility to work with different countries (time zones), groups, and business environments
Proficiency in MS Office tools and/or Projects would be an advantage.
Proficiency in Google tools would be an advantage.
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud systems would be an advantage.
Working experience in Power BI, and Power Automate will be preferred
Strong communication rigor to ensure increased visibility with the client organization.
Transformative Mindset, Experience in Automation & Digitization.
Good working knowledge of month-end closing; inter-co process; bank reconciliations, cash management, and cash accounting; fixed assets processes.
Require analytical skills and should be able to perform detailed analysis on aged open items and provide proposals to clear the open items.
Understanding US Healthcare systems or lease accounting is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure & flexibility to meet demanding deadlines is essential.
