RESPONSIBILITIES It is the primary duty of the HR Officer to provide a comprehensive administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the organization, particularly in the areas of implementation of HR policies and processes, efficient delivery of performance monitoring, benefits administration, monthly reports, and any other HR related matters. HR Officer shall liaise closely with HR/Admin, Finance, Marketing, Production, and other departments providing an efficient and effective HR support service to the organization. REQUIREMENTS  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.  At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.  Success oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.  Skills: Employee relations, organizational, and critical thinking  Pro-active, versatile, and, of good moral character.  Productive and mature self-starter who can execute effectively with minimal supervision.  Computer literate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  Must currently residing or willing to relocate at Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, and Makati, City.
