Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, the ideal candidate will have a strong medical background and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

•Greet and attend to patients or visitors and help them scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts.

•Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.

•Optimizes patients' satisfaction, Medical Staff's time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

•Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying medical staff of patient's arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding medical staff of service delays.

•Comforts patients by anticipating patient's anxieties, answering patients' questions, and maintaining the reception area.

•Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.

• Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and maintenance reports.

Qualifications:

•Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in any Allied Medical course

•Prior work experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role

•Familiarity with healthcare and medical terminology

•Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems is a plus

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Detail-oriented and highly organized

•Can start ASAP
