As a member of the Global CFO & Enterprise Value team, you'll partner with CFOs and finance organizations to drive market differentiation, enhance operating models, and implement cutting-edge digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Development Initiatives: Build and nurture your network to uncover and drive opportunities within the firm.
Lead Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, adherence to timelines, and optimal outcomes.
Proposal Development & Client Engagement: Prepare business cases, pitch proposals, staffing plans, and execution strategies for tax-related projects.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of 5-10 experienced professionals, ensuring high performance and timely project execution.
Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and deployment of tax solutions, maintaining quality and adherence to budget constraints.
Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with client organizations to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Thought Leadership: Develop insights, whitepapers, and strategic viewpoints on tax transformation and compliance trends.

Your Experience Counts:
Education: MBA from a Tier-1 B-school, or a C.A. / C.P.A. qualification.
Tax Expertise: 8+ years in finance and tax operations, specifically in Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Record to Report processes with a tax focus.
Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and tax technology integration, having delivered at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
Expertise in multiple tax types including VAT, GST, SUT, WHT, and Digital Compliance Reporting.
Knowledge of tax tools and technologies like Vertex O Series, OneSource, SOVOS, Vertex Accelerator, and LCR-Dixon.
A proven track record in managing end-to-end tax transformations, across all phases from planning, design, integration, testing, and deployment.
Experience in compliance reporting, digital invoicing solutions, and tax add-on tools for global markets.

Other Key Skills:
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle ERP Systems, and modern tax add-ons.
Demonstrated success in managing global teams, ensuring collaboration between onshore and offshore resources.
