1. Loading of parts form module to conveyor (MSP/JSP/LSP)
2. Barcoding of parts (MSP/JSP/LSP)
3. Re-module of parts (MSP/JSP)
4. Collapse of empty returnable racks/carton boxes and place to a designated location
5. Waste disposal, plastic and cartons
6. Kanban sorting
7. Picks up parts from rack and load to cart
8. Picks up parts from rack and unpack then set to box
9. Supply parts from PC to Haizen rack (RTM/Logistics/Front Axle)
10. Conducts checking of equipment (forklift, towcar, carts, chutes, racks)
11. Conducts proper 5S of area as scheduled (Floor, ceiling, parts racks, carts, chutes, fence, etc.)
12. Conduct OM (forklift, towcar)
13. Supports in-parts inventory
14. Supports in parts robbing
15. Supports in 3 pillars of activity
16. Conducts checking of the area of abnormalities such as parts/materials, pallet stock, unsafe condition, mysterious parts, improper location of equipment, tool, non-conformance on standardize work, quality standard and Kanban system
17. Disassembly and assembly of pallets (JSP/MSP/LSP)
18. Transferring of full returnable rack form location to staging area
19. Transferring of empty pallets from staging to standard location
20. Recording of over flows parts
21. Recording of rob parts
22. Daily report preparation
23. Proper waste disposal
