DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Types quotations, bid proposals and other documents for Business Development Department.
2. Transmits and receives documents and institutes a systematic flow of documents and activities
3. Attends to incoming calls/inquiries and placing outgoing calls
4. Handles confidential information with utmost discretion
5. Files documents and correspondence of the Business Development Department
6. Liaise between the company and other prospective clients
7. In the exercise of company prerogatives, management may assign you to a different position or with different or additional responsibilities as it may see fit or necessary.
