RESPONSIBILITIES:

*SALES AND PROFITABILITY*
- Ensures that relevant marketing collaterals and promotional materials for the F&B concepts making sure that they are accurate, timely and creative
- Optimizes the use of traditional as well as emerging media (i.e. digital, social) for promotional purposes to aid top-of-mind awareness to be able to drive sales
- Measures the effectiveness of marketing programs implemented in terms of sales
- Initiates marketing campaigns and programs to increase the F&B concepts transaction count and average check
- Analyzes sales and recommends action plans to grow sales

*COST MANAGEMENT*
- Ensures that expenses are within budget through conscientious use of resources and close coordination with procurement and suppliers.
- Supports the Operations in the attainment of operational finances and purchases through ensuring top-of-mind status in the market through relevant channels
- Manages and allocates budget of endorsers
- Validates and reconciles marketing expenses with approved budget


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, English or a related field
- An experienced marketing officer with at least 2 years of marketing experience (preferably in restaurant or Food & Beverage business) with strong people skills and a reasonable character
- Proven relationship with local media, key influencers, b/vloggers and the like
- Experience in conceptualizing integrated marketing communications plans and implementing them
- Experience in overseeing or implementing digital marketing initiatives such as social media ads and other paid collaterals
- Marketing & Communications certification is an advantage
