Salary: Php50,000 – Php70,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements

✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder

✨At least 6-7 years working experience in administrative, sales role and commercial operations.

✨At least 3-3 years of experience in supervisory or leading a team.

✨Experience working with ERP software system (QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)

✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

✨ Provide administrative support to the sales team to meet the profitability standards of the branch.

✨Handle customer inquiries and manage direct invoicing to the customers.

✨Prepare accurate monthly accounts receivable reports

✨Process Vendor accreditations form and monitoring customer’s credit applications.

✨Coordinate with the logistic department deliveries and processing the orders.
