Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy backend solutions using Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database).
Implement and maintain server-side logic using .NET Core/ASP.NET Core and Blazor framework.
Integrate Bluetooth device functionalities into Windows applications, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend applications and IoT integrations.
Implement and maintain database schemas, queries, and data access layers.
Optimize backend performance and ensure scalability of applications.
Implement security best practices to protect data and applications.
Collaborate with developers to integrate server-side logic with Blazor components.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug server-side issues.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Participate in the design and architecture of new applications and features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Core Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years proven experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on Blazor and .NET technologies.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET Core.
Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure SQL Database.
Extensive experience with Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Hands-on experience in Bluetooth device development using Windows platforms.
Proficiency in database design and management (SQL Server).
Experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
Knowledge of SQL and database design.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of security best practices in web development.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of backend systems
