3. Ensures that the quality of all services conform to prescribed operating procedures and adhere to the standards of the company.
4. Double-checks freight costs, transportation rates and reimbursements of warehouse personnel to ensure proper utilization of company resources.
5. Ensures vehicles are registered on time and properly maintained.
6. Oversees safety and security of warehouse and company assets.
7. Ensures that inventory count is conducted weekly, monthly and annually and that actual inventory matches with system inventory.
8. Provides timely feedback/reports to the General Manager to ensure smooth operations.
9. Actively supports employee programs and services.
10. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager.
