We’re seeking an Oracle WebLogic Application Server Developer who will design and implement scalable applications, ensuring robust performance and smooth integration across enterprise systems.

The Work:
As an Application Developer, you'll leverage your expertise in Oracle WebLogic Application Server and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service to design, build, and configure enterprise applications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize performance, and deliver robust solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.
- Drive team-level decision-making, ensuring project alignment and success.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams to address cross-team challenges.
- Design, build, and configure enterprise applications according to business process and technical requirements.
- Gather and analyze user and business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and deploy robust solutions using Oracle WebLogic Application Server and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure scalability, security, and best practices are adhered to in application development.

What You’ll Need:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle WebLogic Application Server.
- *Must Have: Proficiency in TIBCO Enterprise Message Service.
- Strong knowledge of application development principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Java programming and popular frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
- Familiarity with database management systems (Oracle, MySQL).
- Demonstrated experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise applications.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills for debugging and performance optimization.

Additional Information:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle WebLogic Application Server.
- This role is based in Manila.
