Job Summary:
The Dialysis Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling dialysis-related products, equipment, and services to healthcare facilities such as dialysis centers, hospitals, and clinics. The role includes identifying business opportunities, building relationships with nephrologists and purchasing decision-makers, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell dialysis machines, consumables (e.g., dialyzers, tubing sets), and related services to clients.
Visit dialysis centers, hospitals, clinics, and procurement departments to build relationships and present product offerings.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and staff.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s dialysis product line, market trends, and competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in coordination with the sales manager and ensure timely delivery of products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor client satisfaction and provide after-sales support, including handling concerns or technical assistance coordination.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools or reports.
Collaborate with technical and clinical support teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Attend industry conferences, medical conventions, and product training workshops as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Business, or any healthcare-related or business-related field.
At least 1–2 years of sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry (dialysis field preferred).
Strong network and understanding of the local dialysis or hospital industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel frequently within assigned territory.
Must have a valid driver’s license (if field-based).

Preferred:
Experience working with brands or companies dealing with dialysis machines (e.g., Fresenius, B. Braun, Nipro, Baxter, etc.).
Familiarity with DOH licensing and purchasing procedures for dialysis clinics.
Background in clinical or technical training related to dialysis products is a plus.

Job Location: (Field Work | Priority Sales Area)
Manila, Rizal, Cavite & Lower Laguna Area

Work Schedule:
40 hours work (Monday - Friday)

Salary Range:
PHP20,000 basic salary
**Plus actual reimbursement in transportation (gas & toll) and food reimbursement.
