AREAS OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintains employees’ data on the payroll system
2. Checks daily time record submitted by Production Assistant / timekeeper every pay period.
3. Ensures accuracy of daily time record before encoding to payroll system.
4. Computes employees’ salaries every cut-off period.
5. Generates reports and submits to Finance for accounting records purposes.
6. Responsible in computing last pay of resigned employees and prepares check request for payment.
7. Attends to day to day employees’ queries, requests, and complaints regarding benefits program at all times.
8. Acts as the central depot for all communications relative to the government-mandated benefits.
9. Coordinates and interacts with other departments in carrying out task.
10. May provide occasionally driving activities for the department as the need arises.
11. Maintains company’s computers and network.
12. Attends to all incoming calls.
13. Prepares and submits HR reports.
14. Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
