Job Summary:
Operates pison or road roller equipment to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, or other materials in construction projects such as roads, building foundations, and other structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate pison or road roller equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect and maintain equipment before and after use. Follow project plans, site instructions, and compaction requirements.Work closely with the site engineer or foreman. Ensure safety of self and others on the job site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating road roller or pison equipment.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
Physically fit and willing to work in various weather conditions.
Preferrably with Driver's License
