Aircon Technician and Installer

This is a full-time on-site role responsible for day-to-day tasks such as trouble shooting, performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, and ensuring all EPA guidelines are followed. Handling plumbing and electrical components related to HVAC systems, along with performing repairs, and ensuring all equipment is functioning effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Performing trouble shooting and diagnostics tasks;
• Conducting preventive maintenance and ensuring all air conditioning systems in optimal working conditions;
• Inspecting and repairing various units ensuring compliance with EPA standards;
• Collaborating with the plumbing and electrical teams as necessary; and
• Can work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
• Expertise in troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Skills in plumbing and electricity and electrical systems management
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently, or in a team
• Experience in HVAC is a plus
• TESDA NC II certification or relevant technical skills is desirable
• At least High School graduate, Vocational or College level with relevant technical experience
• Preferably at least 2-years relevant work experience
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
• Open to project-based work
Minimum Qualifications:
• Implements maintenance activities on AC and plumbing services
Other tasks:
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
